The Cliff House proposes a design solution for a moderately steep slope coastal lot. The house is split level between the garage and the three-story living volume. The front of the house provides a semi-private entry while the back opens up to the unobstructed ocean views. Multiple indoor-outdoor spaces provide plenty of space for entertaining. The thoughtfully selected materials (corten steel, porcelain tile cladding, and wood) add to the modern aesthetic.
